Her degree was in Business Management from Herbert H. Lehman College in New York and she has also attended many workshops and programs on business leadership, risk management, and public speaking.
In her spare time she served as President of the Board of a Head Start School program for children in her local community, an Art Consultant for her local elementary school where she taught 4th graders to paint murals for their school cafeteria, was a Rotarian and a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs in New York, Westchester and Connecticut.
